What Data we collect?

We only collect information you decide to provide us, e.g. your name, last name, contact details, personal status and financial status as you chose to provide them upon your use of our Services (“Data”).

We will not share your Personal Information with third parties, except in the following instances:

B.      With our affiliates. This relates to entities that are legally part of the same group of companies that we are part of, or that become part of that group.

What are your rights regarding the Data?

The accuracy of the Data is essential to the provision of the Services, and you are solely responsible for the accuracy of the Data. You may ask us to verify, delete or rectify Data you provided to Bittax by using the contact details below.

We will execute your request only with respect to Data that is directly identifies you and subject to our legal duties to keep records.

Please note that for legal purposes we may record you request, including identifiable details you provided therein.

Subject to any applicable law, we reserve the right to refuse to your request if we determine, at our sole discretion, that your request requires unreasonable or significate efforts; offensive; or inappropriate.

How we retain your Data

We will retain the Data only as long as it is required for the fulfillment of the purposes stated in this Policy. Some Data will be deleted automatically – e.g. if it is no longer required for the fulfillment of the purpose for which it has been collected or Data that is no longer relevant – and some Data will be deleted upon your request as stated above.

        Data which is required to prevent fraud or abuse of our Services;

Similarly, it is possible that you will use other services to interact or interface with our Services. This Privacy Policy only applies to Bittax’ Services and does not apply to any third party sites, apps, platforms or any other service. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or terms of such other third parties even if our name and logo appear on the screen. We recommend that you review the privacy policies of such third parties before you use any apps or services they offer.

Further, all the payments you make as part of the Services are executed by third-party vendor, and Bittax has neither control over, nor ability to intervene in the process of the payment. Accordingly, we do not collect any information you provide in the process of the payment, including your credit card details. Therefore, if you have any inquiry or request with respect to Data that been provided during the payment process, you should address them to the defrayment company used by Bittax at such time.

 

Transfer of Data

By using the Services you hereby provide your consent to the transfer of your Data outside of your country.

In addition, please note that your information may be stored on servers maintained by third party service providers. In that case we will ensure the compliance of these third parties with the requirements of the appropriate privacy protection regulations.

 

Protection of Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 18.

IF YOU ARE UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE, YOU MAY NOT USE OR ACCESS THE SERVICES AT ANY TIME OR IN ANY MANNER.

Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. For that reason, we do not knowingly collect or maintain Data from persons under 16 years of age. If we learn that Data of persons under 13 years of age has been collected by us on or through the Services, we are committed to take the appropriate steps to delete such information.
